I have an RODI that has 3 canisters, then the membrane, then goes to a separate 2 canister with my DI resin.....for some reason the last canister in the chain only gets about a 1/2" of water in it. I have tried unscrewing it re-seating and re-tightening and that doesn't seem to help. Any thoughts?

Perfectly normal. I don’t think my DI chamber gets an inch of water in it. There are 2 parts. The canister (outer housing) and the cartridge (containing the DI resin). Water enters the canister at the top and gravity daws it to the bottom, where it is forced into the bottom of the cartridge, through the DI resin and out the top. Once the pressure of the air inside the canister is equal to the water pressure, the water is forced up through the cartridge, against gravity. Depending on your pressure coming out of your RO membrane (which is very low), that will determine how much the air in the canister is compressed before forcing the water into the bottom of the cartridge. All that is to say that what you’re seeing is very normal. Your system is working correctly.
