RODI QUESTION

Looking for feedback on how to balance the RODI waste water and good water? I have more waste water.

Yep that's just how it goes. You waste a ton more than you make. If you add a booster pump you will waste less though

Yeah my water saver with a booster is like 1.5 waste to 1.0 good. Many “regular” units can be like a 2:1,3:1 ratio

Yeah, I was thinking about buying a booster pump if it would help save on wastewater, Just wasn't sure if it would help.

80 psi is perfect. I put some wastewater in my washing machine and do laundry, I also fill up a couple of 5 gallon water containers for watering the plants or doing more laundry.

How many stages?
you can add an extra "water saver" stage , or whatever its called
I have BRS 7 stage with extra water saver thing and I get just a little more wastewater than RODI water. I never really measured it.
I had 32-40 psi then added booster pump and now run it at 78 psi.

I have a second stage on the reject as well, from Air Water Ice. The RO outlet is a little higher in TDS than a single stage, but you do waste less water. I plumbed mine in the garage, so it's really easy for me to run a hose to my wife's flower beds or trees and use the waste that way.
