Just set up my 4 stage BRS rodi, ran the flush valve open for a few minutes before I closed it. My in ppm was reading between 2-3. My out is reading 0. Running 65 psi. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

You're fine. I have a similar setup. My "TDS In" is usually between 1-5, and "TDS Out" is 0. I think it just gives you a sense of how much TDS is in your water before filtration

My TDS is 400 out of tap. Then it is 9-10 after RO. Still getting 0 TDS after DI. I feel lucky to get it to 0.

I wondered the same thing. Mine was ready 3 - 4. I thought something was wrong and didn't realize mine was that low. Does this mean my filters will last long cause of this?

I run a BRS 5 stage and I have 0 in and out of the DI resin.

Yes I think your filters will last longer just make sure you waste water first before you start saving water everytime. I forgot this the second time I made water and it seemed to start changing the DI resin color pretty fast.

I would see about getting a pressure booster to increase you water pressure going into the RO/DI unit. The amount of water produced between 65 and 85 pounds in like night and day.

I do believe the BRS systems that run dual TDS meters have the "IN" meter AFTER the RO membrane and before the DI and the "OUT" meter after the DI. This means your incoming tap TDS will be much higher than you think because the RO membrane typically does 96-99% of the work in reducing TDS.

I can bump it up I was just under the impression 65psi was recommended

The lower the water pressure, the less efficient the membranes are. I would bump it up to around 80.
