Yes this 100%, just double check the dolly before putting it on the can and filling it with water! We about had a catastrophe in our house because whomever put the wheels in the dolly put it in the wrong hole and it collapsed. Thankfully I noticed it sagging and was able to get a 2x4 under it to prop it up!Oh, and unless you already have something dedicated to the task, buy the round dolly that goes with the Brute can... These are what I use, and they are often cheap on craigslist from recyclers or people who get them from restaurants. Search '55g drum'. I got mine for like 45$ brand new/cleanNot sure how easy it would be to find one local to you but they make these type of drums.

Actually it is easy peasy. I am not going to take a video right now but I can to demonstrate.
That may prove to be more challenging. I have only used it on hard surfaces.
I use 2 brute cans. I have one brute dolly and use a small furniture dolly for the other. I like the round one best though since the can tries to slide a little on the carpeted surface of the square one.
