RODI suddenly not producing water?

It might be the membrane or filters? it worked perfectly fine before i changed filter. After changing filter( like 2 weeks later it stopped working). Black tube produces very little water even on flush mode and blue doesnt drip any water at all.

When you changed your carbon filter did you flush it down the drain for a period of time or send it straight to the membrane?

My first guess after reading this is you clogged your membrane with carbon fines. You will have to replace your membrane if that's the case.

I think i send it straight to the membrane

Do you still have the old filters or you threw them away? Most of this crap is made in China. It’s not outside the realm of possibility that one of your new filters is defective, especially if it was working fine until you changed them. The carbon fines clogging your membrane sounds reasonable.

I got this 3 stage brs rodi about a year ago and never replaced ro membrane. It might be the membrane.

Your membrane will need replaced. Don't forget to flush next time you replace carbon.

Check this out for future help.

If you take care of the membrane they can last from 3-5+ years. 3-5 is typical, but they can go longer.

I alrdy threw them away. Looks like it could be the membrane since everyone saying the same thing. i will defintely change the ro membrane. I also checked my carbon filter and water isnt even filled 10 percent.

So flush it for few mins after i change carbon filter? Does the impurity and particles of new carbon filter causes ro membrane to clog?

Before you buy a new membrane you might try to remove the individual filters and try to run it without that filter to isolate each new filter to make sure it’s not defective. Then try to run without the membrane if you can. If the flow returns, then you know which one is the problem.

Yes it will need flushed for a good 5+ minutes depending on the quality of the carbon block and your water pressure. I would go for at least 5 minutes though as a minimum.

The carbon fines quickly clog the pores of the RO membrane which will take your production way down depending on how clogged your membrane gets.

If the carbon isn't holding all the way you may have a clog prior to that housing restricting flow.

Do you have any spare tubing to check lines and swap if needed?

Does your sediment housing fill up completely?

i dont have any more spare lines. I will disassemble the whole parts to see if theres any clog and run the water without filters and get new ro membranes. Thanks for the help guys!

Remove your carbon block and bypass the membrane. If it still doesn't flow you have a clog between sediment and carbon housings.

What size sediment and carbon are you using?

Im not sure the size but im using brs 4 stage rodi system.

Sorry I should specify by size I mean the pore (micron) size of the filters. 1 micron, 5 micron, etc.
