I am looking to have a ready supply of rodi water on a tap by my sink.

this came about when I left my sicci pump with a python in my rodi brute which is just adjacent to my fish sink. It was super convenient having on demand rodi water under pressure!

is there a cheap pump that attaches to a python that I can just leave in the rodi container?

I'm sure you can get an adapter at any hardware store for whatever pump you choose

For RODI feeds to the utility sink I use a pressure diaphragm pump.

Its always on, but since it has pressure switches it doesn't run unless pressure drops in the output side (because a valve is open).

Called a demand/delivery pump. You'll find them here:

We can get them in many different configurations.

I have one of these under my sink that is plumed to my RO unit. Pretty rare that I empty it.
