I have the vertex puratek 100gpd booster system.
All DI was changed along with my membrane today.
My water is about 140 out before the sediment.
About 119 before both carbons
After the cation chamber it’s showing 14
Then comes to 0 out after anion and mixed.

after changing out everything my numbers are higher through the system but now come out to 0 where they were about 10.
Just not sure what I could have done incorrectly just by changing out the filters.

the membrane I got is the Dow100 from BRS. (Probably should have gotten the one the system used) so I don’t see why that would be an issue.

Did you flush water through the unit like making rodi water for a while after changing everything ?
Yes for about an hour. Started at 50ppm and slowly came down. The system has been running for about 3 hours and it’s at 13 right now.
still coming out at 0 in the end which is good.

Seems pretty normal to me, when i swapped from original RO (BRS) to DOW it took quite a while before showing TDS reflecting a proper rejection rate (pre DI stage). in regards to post cation DI, its clearly differently charged particles that the other DI's will pull out. I'd expect that post RO TDS to drop to around 10 relatively soon. Whatever it is making it through might not be pulled out by cation, but will be by mixed and anion.

Oh it’s being pulled out by the anion for sure. I’ve already depleated about 1/4 of it after about 3-4 hours. So whatever anion pulls out I have a ton in this water

it’s interesting though because before swapping out everything I was reading 0 post cation. Just interesting how it’s working out. Just glad it’s coming out at 0
