i put my unit in my stand the water line come from outside and am hook in it up to my ato but how do hook it to my ato and at the same time put a line with a ro pump to put water back out side to make salter water and then for my water changes be able to pump it back it to mt tank

I'm sorry. I'm not understanding what you are trying to do.

If I'm reading correctly you have the unit hooked to your ATO and you want to make new salt water also? If so, it's a bad idea to hook your RO/DI to your ATO. If the float switch fails then you can fill your tank with too much fresh water. I use 2 Brute trash cans. One with an auto shut off that holds the fresh water and the other I mix my salt water in. I pump the fresh water into my mixing barrel for saltwater when needed and I have a separate container I manually refill for my ATO.
 
as stated you are better off setting it up and filling some barrels with water then manually topping off your ato

t will top off your sump with fresh RO/DI, and also fill multiple containers with Ro/Di water without using a single pump, just your house water pressure

It does not use a cheap float switch for the sump top off
