RODI tds issues

I’m having issues with my RODI unit from Brs… it’s a 100GPD 4 stage with upgrades(2 di canisters) two carbon blocks(5 micron and 1 micron) I jus changed all filters today changed membrane two months ago. Everything was fine RO after di was 0 now it’s been stable at 7 and water after membrane is stable at 6 I’m confused I haven’t done anything special besides adjust tds probes properly in correct alignment and it hasn’t seen 0 since…..

It can take a few gallons of water for the TDS coming out of new di resin to get back down to zero.

I have a similar problem with the same system. I moved some tubing that should have nothing to do with the meter - then it constantly read 3 - then just shut off - and will not turn on.

Man I’m messing with mine right now I repacked both di resins tightly I’m currently flushing the system for 5 mins I’m jus running out of ideas n gettin stressed out in the process

I would check the meter - (i.e. test with a different meter.)

I was thinking that or buying calibration fluid because I can’t keep dumping water I have thrown out at least 150 gallons in the last day and a half I’m exhausted over the matter

What do you have packed in the 2 DI canisters?

I buy everything from spectrapure, never an issue.
