RODI to RO Drinking water question

I recently upgraded my RODI, in doing so I also made it a 200G with 1Mic sediment and carbon blocks. The wife wants a RO drinking unit under the sink that will also do 2 different fridges. I can VERY easily get from my RODI to the sink and fridges. Is it as easy as cutting into the blue link where I have it circled and running it to the fridges and the a storage tank under the sink that would feed a RO faucet?

If so, I can save about $200.

Yes, you want to split off the output from the membrane before it goes into the DI resin canister.
