I have an Air Water Ice RODI. My tap water tests at about 300 ppm tds. I have a chloramine block in it. I can only go about 30 days with zero TDS before it rises. I tested at 27ppm after 6 weeks. Ugh. DI is half orange.

So maybe I am actually using enough RODI water to cause this? I calculated the surface area of my DT, sump and mix tank. It's 25 square feet! Open air, not covered. I do 40g WC every 3 weeks but I think I am evaporating a ton in winter?! Enough to use up a DI monthly?

I just tested at 60 psi which is normal but it fluctuates. I've seen it drop to 30 psi during high use times - usually when neighbors are watering their lawn in early AM or showering for work. I also live near a golf course and they are a major drain during the hot summer months.
