Is there any benefit to getting larger size tubing? Like 3/8 instead if 1/4?

Do you mean for your RODI filter itself? Or for your ATO pump or something else?

I don't think that is possible as most rodi have only 1/4 tubing connectors. What brand rodi do you have? If you want more water you can use a booster pump or a water saver from brs

I have the brs one. Just didn't know if modifying it to bigger tubing would give any benefit

There really is no practical benefit of larger tubing as the main factor is determined by the flow restrictor. Of course, as mentioned, one can make an RO/DI more efficient by adding a booster pump.
Hope this helps.

Will this tubing work?
