RODI unit adding one TDS?

Everyone so I just got a BRS seven stage RODI system everything was working fine for the first 14 hours and then after that my TDS crept up to one it’s at zero before the mixed bed with the cat on and An on DI resin but then jumps up to one at the final stage where it’s going into my mixing barrel what’s happening?

Make sure the notches in the sensor that enter the tee are parallel with water flow. If that doesn't do it try swapping sensors ( first to third etc..). Got a handheld you can compare to? Can also watch the brs video top RO mistakes for more troubleshooting ideas.

I am sure you have done this, but I just wanted to make sure you have the in at the in and not the out at the in. You could also try some calibration solution

Depends how you are texting, could just be the container is causing the 1 tds, if using an inline tds meter then you could have your resin in the wrong order as I believe the mixed bed should be at the end? I believe the cat or/and the An will add tds if at the end of the system.
