Anyone have a hookup diagram for a Spectrapure Maxcap with manual flush? Not sure if my auto shutoff valve went bad, the ro membrane clogged, or my setup is flat out wrong but it was working fine for 2 years and almost totally stopped producing water. Initially, I thought it was the booster pump going bad but now I dont think so.
I took the booster pump and solenoid out to narrow down the cause but in doing so, I may have hosed up the tubing. Does anyone have a diagram of how this should be routed with and without a booster pump?

I think I narrowed down the issue to a couple of things: The gauge was reading about less than 10 psi! SO I took out the membrane and the pressure jumped to 54psi. @AZDesertRat, any thoughts?
I do have a spare 150gpd Axeon membrane from my previous system so I used it to see if things would at least return to normal flow and pressure - nope! Same problem (10psi and no flow). SO I think it's either the flow restrictor no longer working or automatic shut off valve died. I just ordered a new shut off valve which will arrive tomorrow.

As for the manual, it doesnt do a good job showing the whole layout and nothing with a booster for my Maxcap 90gpd manual flush.

Replaced the autoshut off switch today and that did NOT do the trick. Spoke to spectrapure yesterday and they said the membrane is the likely culprit, especially after 2 or 3 years of use. The new one should arrive in the next day or 2.

Just in case someone cares to read this thread one day, I ended up replacing all cartridges, including the membrane and things are back to normal.
I’m having the same issue. I replaced all of the filter media including the membrane. Pump starts out strong but then slowly loses pressure. Scratching my head on this one. Could a hose be clogged?

Is membrane in backwards?

by pump, I'm assuming you mean booster pump? I also had this issue. In my case, I have the filter setup next to my furnace and was using the outlet setup for the furnace. I assumed it's getting 120V like any outlet. I dont know if that's the case or not, but once I switched the booster pump to plug into a normal wall outlet, the pressure went from 45psi to 70+ which is ideal and was always the case in my previous setups.
A few months ago, I even added another carbon stage for filtering chloramines which I blame for wrecking my membrane and DI cartridges prematurely.

The only other things I can imagine are:
1) is the pressure gauge accurate? I had the old one on my chinese RODI unit rust and die
2) clogs/pinches in the lines as you mentioned
3) is the flow restrictor the right one? (page 9) https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0059/1216/6489/files/MAXCAP-MF_MANUAL_web_1.pdf?799
