Hello,

So I have a four chamber RODI unit, two filters, ro membrane and di resin.
Only the two filter chambers are full of water but the DI chamber is only half full? Is this supposed to happen if not how can I fix this?
Photo attached. (I know they’re not supposed to be in direct sunlight I’ve tried to cover it with plant pots)

The Di chambers have the outer cover and an inner canister. The water enters between the two and flows to the bottom and then rises through the resin inside the inner canister to the outlet. The trapped air doesn't hurt anything but while the filter is running you can take your canister wrench and loosen the outer cover and let the air out. Once it is gone snug it up again

+1.. it’s normal for a system to have trapped air. It doesn’t harm anything or slow the process.

Thank you for your help
