Not sure if this is the place to discuss this, but after a random Facebook ad touting hydroponic gardening systems popped up in my feed this morning, it caused me to wonder if RODI wastewater could be used for hydroponic/soilless gardening.

I've looked for uses for RODI wastewater and lots of people have cited using it for watering their gardens or yards... Could an RODI waste water line be directly plumbed into a hydroponic gardening system and be used for that?

Most likely, since the wastewater contains all the nitrates, phosphates, etc., that the plants would need. You'd just need to be careful if your area's water has high heavy metals and the like - going through RO will concentrate those and could be taken up by the plants.
