So I have the BRS 4 stage plus unit.

When I hooked it up and made my first batch of water I had about 47 psi.... I know not 50 or above... But close.... I've made like 4 batches if about 40 gallons each....

Today I go to make a batch and my pressure is 19..... I don't know why... I flush my membrane before each batch... My fitlers don't look clogged or even dirty....

Any ideas on the sudden drop?

You might have a big particle blocking the input hole of the pressure gauge. I had same symptoms and found a 2.5-3mm calcifies piece of something in it. It’s downstream of the sediment filter but it was in there

Do you have a gauge you can screw onto your laundry supply line or outside faucet- that’ll tell you if it was a temporary system wide drop.

Had that happen once when utilities were flushing the hydrant down the street. Only lasted a few hours

Hmm no I don't have a separate gauge.... I can pop the lines off I guess and check.

Ok, I unhooked the line coming directly from the house plumbing and straight into pressure gauge. Getting about 41 psi... So must be something in system.

Hmm messed with all the connections and now it's working good lol :)

Yeah 41 on mains makes me think gauge blockage. messing with the hoses knocked it free

Glad it’s fixed
