Ok i started to make some water. I have the BRS 4 stage RODI with dual inline TDS. I have attached a aquatec 8800 booster pump where i'm getting around 90psi. Firstly the red tubing going into the first chamber is leaking., not crazy but it is definetly coming out. I tried pulling it out and putting it back in no luck. Hoping i'm not going to have to send this back. Is there any other remedies? Secondly the DI portion of the RODI is definetly getting water but it seems like you can only see it about 1 inch from the bottom. Is that normal. It is producing water. The IN is .001 the OUT is 0

Remove the tube from the speed fitting, using a sharp razor blade careful so you don't smash or egg shape the tube, cut 1/2" or more off the end making sure it is as square as possible. Push it back in snugly then give it a little tug to make sure it is seated.
The DI canister will not fill completely and is perfectly normal. What you don't see is the water travels down around the outside of the cartridge then up through the middle where the treatment takes place. The outside level doesn't matter.

There are no decimals with the inline TDS meter, what looks like a decimal is a power ON indicator so your RO TDS is 1 and your RO/DI TDS is 0. They go up to 999 so you have a three digit readout.

OK thanks so my in is 000 and my out is 000 is that sound right. Also where it is leaking looks like a little leak from where the tubing fits into the white piece. But more seems to be leaking right above like it is coming out of the white part the tubing slips into

Inline meters are not extremely accurate so if your tap TDS is pretty low to begin with or if your water temperature and air temperature vary by much it could read zero even though the water isn't. I have two of them but never use them, I rely on a good $25 ATC handheld TDS meter which is much more accurate.
If it is the fitting that is leaking around the threads you might try another 1/4 turn or so with a wrench to tighten it up. If it still leaks try removing it and adding a wrap of Teflon tape or better yet apply a stick sealant like LaCo Plasto Joint which is designed specifically for PVC threads unlike Teflon pastes and tapes.

I don't see any water around the threads to the canister lid so I would cut the red line as I described makes ng sure the cut is straight the push it back in firmly and give it a small tug.

Are you pushing it in tightly then giving it a little tug to make sure the o ring and grip ring are seated?
Look up inside the fitting and make sure you can see the o ring and that it is not rolled over, pinched or cut. If it still leaks put a very small dab of Vaseline on your finger and rub it on the first inch of the tubing so it has a light film then try it again.
If all else fails Home Depot, Lowes, True Value, Ace or any hardware store has the identical fitting for less than $3 in stock.

Yes i push in tight and gave a tug. Must be something wrong up inside the fitting. If i continue to have issues i guess its off to home depot i go
