Hi all,

Normally, I can control the psi going into my rodi unit by simply opening or closing the faucet handle. Yesterday I replaced the sediment filter in one of the cylinders for the first time, and now it won't exceed 40 psi no matter how much I open the faucet handle.

For reference, I'm using this rodi system: BRS 4 Stage Value RO/DI System - 75GPD - Bulk Reef Supply

I can hear what sounds like vibration or possibly sucking air from the top-view ball value area, but cannot figure out what the cause may be. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thank you

Adding a picture to clarify what I mean by "ball valve area":

Don't try to control pressure or temperature, always fully open the cold water supply and never use hot or warm water. Membranes love pressure so
give it all you have.
