So I have an RODI unit has a post carbon after the DI do I really need to have that on there as it says it only removes order and to improved taste ? I could probably just use that on my home one for drinking water

The unit I have also have one like yours. Mine is from express waters. I kept it on there and just added two DI cartridges after that carbon block. I thought it doesn’t hurt.

The carbon blocks should be in line before the RO Membrane, do you have another one in the system? There shouldn't be anything after the DI

I also have the express water. I’m going to remove the post carbon that’s only for drinking water I found out after looking into it.

It has a carbon before membrane but then a post carbon after the di for taste that’s for drinking water so I guess I’ll remove it. I’ll put it on my main drinking water one lol
