I have had my system running for around 5 years with a dual membrane setup. My output has been 0tds until recently has gone up to 2tds. I changed both membranes to 100 gallons per day and now my TDS is 14. Why would this happen? Do I need to flush the system first? I also have the three canister DI resin in proper order. Any thoughts or suggestions to help me with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure. But I did use the same 100 gallon per day membrane.
Did you get the right flow restrictor for the new membranes?
I have the BRS 550 flow restrictor and flush valve recommended for 75 GPD membrane. Looks like I will have to get the 800 model. Thanks for that, I forgot about it.
