Tomini tang for the win. It should do fine in there.
I put mine in my 45 when I took down the 120. It will go into my 80g eventually.
Its very happy and content its just not the best tank size for it.
Its over 3 years old now.

YES! Just take some time in choosing the right tang. A cute baby Vlamingi is the wrong choice. A juvenile zebrasoma could be a great choice. Know what type of tang you are looking at and make sure you know exactly what it is before you buy it.

There are a huge variety of Acanthurus tangs. Most of which appear at the LFS as cute lil tiny juveniles. And most of these are not going to be the right choice for a tank of your size. Some advanced education on your part, and not necessarily trusting the pimple faced kid selling a "Misc Tang" at the LFS will make this a great experience.
