I have rooms for rent in my new house. they are all larger rooms and all have access to the pool, kitchen, laundry room, and a comunity living room. They also have one covered parking space each. there is room for more cars to park, but they aren't covered spaces. only 10 minutes from downtown and 7 from 5th day creations. reef tanks are allowed so long as there is nothing that runs a high risk of leaking larges amounts of water on the floors. no animals allowed aside from ones approved by me prior to you getting it.

anyone interested just email me.

So I guess this means only small reef tanks? and small water changes?????

just couldn't help myself! Goodluck

I mean like new external skimmers being left alone for days. Heck I am gonna have at least a 100 gallon in the house. lol. but it's my house too, so it's different.

Thats a selfish thing to say jimmy, roomates are all equal in a house right? LOL! I say you get a bunch of roomates that are in the hobby and join and buy a huge 5000 gallon tank, then you can each have your own rock face. LOL
