Rose BTA mouth open after power outage

Just got home and breaker flipped to my tank so it's been off for 2-3 days. Not exactly sure. It was about 69 degrees when I got back, it's at 76 now. Parameters are good, but bta looks terrible. I just need to know if it's dead already or if I should give it until tomorrow.
