It was bleached so i gave it a lot of mysis shrimp everyday and now it looks dead

Nems do not require feedings, they derive nutrition from photosynthetic process.
If you overfeed both in quantity and frequency, you will kill it.
Just leave it alone, it will either recover or start to come apart, at this time, discard immediately.
