anemone's need pristine water, ample flow and good lighting. They thrive in an established tank. How old is your tank?

Feeding will only stress it more - Especially if you 'fed it like a whole week'. Your tank looks a little new and I'm skeptical of your lighting. Please provide some more details about your tank and a full tank picture if you'd like better help via the forum.

Lighting is key. If the nem is still attached to the rock, which it looks like it is, just leave it alone and it should recover. What type of problems were you having?

This my not b that true. To an extent this is true. But my tank is 2 months old and I have 8 RBTAs in it right now. All r super happy and have doubled in size in the last 6weeks.

Yes my rock came from an established tank. But I baked it for 3 months, then cycled it in a 150gal tank I have for a month prior to setting up my 180gal tank.
This was my pink rainbow rose 8 weeks ago.

K my tank is 1 year old...
1st prb: not stable
2nd: the lights were bad i changed them to vertex illumina and i guess its great.
3rd: the silnty is 1.023 and discoverd that the man who i was buying saltwater from was using two kinds of bas salt mix....

Let me ask an important question. Cause this seems to b a growing theme with people asking for help.

Do U own any test kits?

Are you sure your tank is 1 year old? That has to be the cleanest background on a 1 year old tank. If your tank is now stable and the nem is attached to the rock, just leave it alone and keep up with your regular water changes.

I am a clean person I clean my whole before the water change...

First thing I can't help but notice is pretty bad hair algae. What are your nitrates and phosphates?

Nems need the right amout of flow to be happy and healthy they can adjust to many lighting conditions as long as they are healthy, but they need enough flow to be able to carry their waste away as they exspel it.
