Honestly I would avoid silver sides and I wouldn't feed it at all for now. Let the anemone acclimate to your tank.

I agree silversides are not a choice food you never know what that fish has been in I’ve heard horror stories of bad silversides so I avoid them. I go to the grocery store buy fresh shrimp like 3 and fresh scallops about three freeze them whole then slice them up small and put in a baggie and freeze flat. And let that nem acclimate to the tank I wouldn’t feed it for a few weeks tbh

We only fed our tanks reef nutrition and LRS reef frenzy and just let the clownfish feed it. It was pretty cool to watch the symbiotic relationship. I'm sure that would suffice but wouldn't worry for a bit.

How’s the flow on your bubble tip

My Bubble tip has good flow but doesn't care for being banged up against the rocks from intense flow. If you want it to get big and fully inflate You might try a bit lower Oh ya! nice to have you here.

Well the nem has moved down a inch from yesterday and the tenticals are barely flowing now

Sometimes they don’t bubble up. Happens. I had super healthy huge rbtas for years and not a single one ever bubbled up. Then I’d take some out and put them in the frag tank and they bubbled up immediately. Looks like a happy healthy nem to me
