Rose Bubble Tip Nem, Mouth? Worries?

I recently got a RBTA, well about 4 days ago. The person I bought it from had three large ones, with 4 new splits that he was selling. When I showed up, I almost thought he had some sort of rose long tenticle anemone. But he had it in a high flow area, with a pair of maroon clowns that had eggs near it. (I guess the clowns beating up on it and the high flow, was making the bubble tips not bubbly.)

After I brought it home, it was doing well, and stayed in the place that I put it. It has even started to regain its bubble tips. Although it has a small lump near the center of its base, inside the tentacles, I am not sure if it's the mouth or something else. I attached a photo, not sure how well you can seek it. Could it be the growth of a new tentacle? I am new to the anemone thing so I want to make sure this one is not starting the process of flipping inside out, and potentially poisoning my tank.

Tank is a 12o gallon display, HOB overflow with a sump, Reef Octopus Classic 152-S skimmer. Current USA Loop IC LED Marine Reef LED lights. 1.025 salinity with a gravity fed ATO. Nitrates and Nitrites at 0. Ammonia at 0. Clowns have not hosted it yet. (Fingers crossed)

Probably still acclimating. That is the mouth puckered.

Do not see anything wrong at this point. I think you may not have enough light though, not so sure about that fixture. May be ok.

Thanks for the insight, I thought it was just puckering up. Didn't know if this was normal with a new addition or not. Hoping it wasn't flipping inside out already.

As for the lighting, I could be wrong, but I did some research, and wanted an LED setup instead of T5's or Halides. I found the Marine Pro lights, I think they put out 10k in daylight. The photo shows what the PAR ratting are per foot down. I would say the RBTA is about 18" down at the moment. But it might try to move up if it needs more light.

If I need to supplement a light over the Nem, I can do so, but algae growth and all has been great with this light setup.

I was looking it up after I posted and it seems to be fine, depending on placement like the chart you posted shows.

Right now its fine as the nem is acclimating. I would rather do lower to higher than have too much then bleach, reduce lighting, then increase over time.

You want to be ~200+ range on the lower end. There are always exceptions and people certainly have kept them in low lighting for long periods of time, especially with feeding, but if you want to thrive without the need of target feeding to sustain it, over 200 with proper acclimation is what I would shoot for.
