Tank is 3 months old the bra just started this today. It was secreting some brown stuff. I think it was just expelling waste. I’ll monitor for 24 if it stays this way or detaches. I’ll pull it out and throw it in my other tank.

It might be pooping and only having it for 1 week it going to deflate and inflate.
Nems need a tank that mature and stable which is at the 6+ month mark. You may run into problems later on

It’s plumped back up now. I figured that. I feed it once every 2 days my tank has a good bio filter. I’m battling something in it right now not sure what but I have diatoms like crazy right now and lost 3 fish in a week. And that was in quarantine after a ich outbreak. Running UV. Not sure. Everything. Seems in the proper parameters tested everything. Ammonia ph nitrite nitrates cal mag alk all ok. Just waiting things out
