Hi all I have a question, I just put a Rose Bubble tip into my display tank today, when I did I dropped him onto my rock work. He is kind of in a hole, his foot is down in the hole he is starting to extend a little now, I am not sure if I should worry lol

Should be fine if it's extending, I'd think. They're pretty good about righting themselves, in my experience - I've had two get blown from one side of the tank to the other overnight and I found them later in the day settling into their new locations without any help from me.

He'll come out. Mine took about 2 or 3 days before he found his spot. Be careful of your power heads. You can put some pantyhose around them to keep your nem from getting sucked into one

I think I'll try the pantyhose idea. Mine have not moved more than an inch but I have read all the horror stories and worried about it

He should be fine, they like to get their foot in a safe place (crevice) then he'll come up and out for the light .....give him time if he's unhappy he'll go walkabout ...... r your power heads protected and out the way [emoji51][emoji848]. Good luck ...Nems are gr8 once you've sussed them out ....

Anemones don't have a foot, rather a basal (or pedal) disc.

Not all of them are smart enough to move into sufficient lighting. they can die from starvation without light.

Pantyhose is a great way to trap detritus!
