Rossmont Mover Connection Help needed!!!

I have been through the YouTube videos and there website. It’ll say it connects but then comes up error 10 and need internet connection. This ting is going against the wall shortly. I hate it

I just connect to it through it own wifi. I select its wifi connect to it and then open the app works all the time.
 
Can you please clarify? Do You never integrate it to your home WiFi? If I leave it open and have to manual switch to “rossmont10......” WiFi then I can get one pump to turn on. Why one, no idea. It won’t let me turn it off /on or change power either. This has been beyond frustrating
 
No I never integrated it to my home wifi I would just connect to it when I needed to change something. Did you go to settings and add each pump. I think if you tap or hold the button for 20 seconds on the waver it will reset it. Might want reset it and try again.

Yep retried several times. So I tried plugging them in now with no mover and one is on and Noisey and one is completely dead. .... May have something to do with it lol. I don’t know. Can’t say I’m happy at all for the money spent
 
Well I cAlled and they are going to exchange them for me for something else. Most likely will try Nero’s or just cheapo ones

Mine did that I took the Impeller out and put it back in and it worked. And the noise will go away after a couple days. Mine a silent

Yep called, emailed, FB messaged on a Friday night. Sunday afternoon I Took them to store and they couldn’t get them to operate (waver or the one powerhead). I exchanged them for a different brand.
 
We do apologize. Our customer service works great during the week but it's limited in the weekend (we'll try our best to improve in future though) and we feel by having the chance to assist on Monday we would have solved the issue. We got your fb message on Sunday. We answered fb and email Monday morning but got no reply from you as it probably was too late yet.
