Anyone using these pumps? I got a good deal on 2 of the mx2600 with controller and thought they would be good for additional flow in my tank. They seem pretty small and will work on glass up to 3/4". I know they are not enough flow on their own, but already have that covered with icecap gyre pumps. Just looking to replace some old tunzes i can't get parts for any more.

Just wondering if these pumps are really worth the almost $400 new price? I only paid $75 so i know they were a deal as long as the quality is there.

thanks for your opinions.

In my opinion you paid about what they are worth. One of mine has been mixing saltwater in my fish room for months. The pumps themselves seem okay.

$400 is terrible for them imo. $75 is ok. I have the mx3500s with controller. I ran them on a 180, but they were loud. One stopped working & the other I mix water with. It's so loud I can hear it upstairs from the garage. My tunzes blow them out of the water & are only rated for 2k. I'd go jebao over these
