Rotating Water Deflector

Anyone use a Hydor water deflector on a pump that's more than 310 GPH? Website says max flow is 310 and I have a single Hydor 425 in my 10 gallon.

Well the 425 is prob fine its prob going to spin a tiny bit quicker but anypump looses its max potential aftertime so i wouldnt worry
