Hi everyone, just thought I would share what I seen happen in my aquarium.
My yellow watchman is being eatin alive by my skunk cleaner shrimp. The shrimp jumps on the gobie and starts eating it, the gobie goes into this state where he just freezes with mouth open and lets the shrimp eat him and now he has a big hole in him.
One other issue I had was hair algae, beefed up the cuc crew which included an emerald green crab, he did great on the aglae but he also ate my torch coral. Not having very good luck.

Your goby wasn't being eaten alive by your shrimp. It is posing for its wound to be cleaned by the shrimp, as that is what cleaner shrimp do. That is either from a scrape becoming an infected wound or more likely a wound from another tankmate (emerald crab or other fish).
