Looks like a neoplasia type of issue I would say. Only encrusting growth and lots of skin lesions. This is a bit different than the hyperplasia I have seen and delt with once and do remember more people having necrosis set in eventually with bad neoplasia. My hyperplasia issues went away when I corrected my calcium and alk imbalance and dosing proportions at the time. I was using heavy carbon sources at the time and never stopped so I have not believed carbon dosing was a culprit but some do think so. I would guess this is the result of buying corals that have slightly rough/bumpy flesh and not much new growth in the tips, that probably have the neoplasia but are healthy enough to keep growing.
