Any updates or is it still pretty ineffective in the bag?
I use the standard BRS reactors if you start looking at that route,they work great

Yes, so as per instructions, it does say twice as much media is needed in a media bag. I just didn’t want to start off too heavy. After 3 days and no change, I added another 1/4 cup in another bag on the other side of the tank. (I have filter cup chambers on each rear corner.). The next 2 days I had dropped about .03 ppm per day.

so I am going to see how this works out and continue monitoring the progress probably daily or every other day for a bit.
