Rowaphos

How much rowaphos should I run in a 200 gallon system. I was told to run 3 tablespoons. It seems like not a lot.

I run a full pint I believe it is threw the plastic tub out.. but I have worked my way up to that... I would say start around a cup or so and then work your way up from a cup or you can shock your system by removing po4 instantly over night..
