i just got BRS ROX 0.8 and tried to use in my TLF PBR 150. The carbon is too small and goes through the foam discs. Is there a way I can modify or maybe put it in filter bags inside the reactor to use it?

do they sale BP plates for yours? I know you can buy them for the Two Little Fish's 150 and 550 reactors. You cut them down to fit the reactors.

i soak mine overnight in RO water, they take forever to sink down. I then had a weird situation where the ROX kept getting under the bottom sponge of my 2 lil fish reactor, so I put a inch or so of bulky Kent carbon, then put my norm amount of ROX carbon on top of the heavier carbon, it seems to not get under the sponge then. But using 2 biopellet screens may be better if you use 2LF reactor

Yeah I but the filter bag in the reactor been doing it for a year now when it's time to replace just pull the bag out rinse and but back in. I tried 2 pads but some of it was still making it through

The BRS reactors work much much better for ROX, never have these problems.
