1) I don't work for Royal Exclusiv
I just did a tear-down tank sale and therefore had to sell off my Bubble-King Supermarin 300 (with RD3 Speedy). It is, IMHO, the best skimmer ever and looks like a Ferrari.
However, the "body" of the skimmer was broken in transport to its new home. To make a long story short, I contacted Royal Exclusiv, ordered the body (no baseplate, no collection cup, no etc...) and then went back and forth with them on logistics.
Last night, I get this email saying something like, "we are sorry, but we are really worried that the body will not 100% match up to your base-plate, collection cup, and so forth. If you only pay for the body, would you mind if we send you a whole new skimmer (minus pumps)?"
Um. Yes please. I have heard in the past it is hard to get BK parts - they are opening a warehouse in Florida and nothing in my exchange would indicate a difficulty in getting parts. Good job guy!
