I posted this one reddit earlier, and the common theme seemed to be low oxygen. So I slapped a bubbler on as a temp fix. But otherwise, what the heck is going on?

If it was low oxygen, added aeration should have fixed the issue within 12 hours or so.

I don't think it is that though (unless it is a contributing factor). See how deeply it's breathing and a couple times it coughs? That is more a sign of gill flukes.
