I’m not real good with fish disease stuff but my Royal gramma seems to have some rough looking skin and a frayed fins this morning. Did my best on the photos and hopefully video works. Thank you In advance for your help!

I see a nick/injury on its head and cant say this is a bacterial issue, but you can safeguard it by adding ruby rally pro to the tank which is coral safe and keep an eye on it for healing opposed to becoming sore

Ok thank you! I will get some ordered.

I think I have an aggressive Atlantic blue tang that I might have to remove. I think after a lot of observation he is going after fish and as they flee they are nicking rocks in the tank.

Could that be a possibility?

Thank you for your Reply!

A couple questions - how long has the fish been with you? any issues with the rest. It certainly looks 'poor' -Assuming your parameters are ok - and the fish is eating? I think @vetteguy53081 comment re Ruby is a good idea.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

When I see a royal gramma that looks "bedraggled", but its fins are not ripped, I always add flukes to my list of possibilities. How long have you had this fish? Has it been treated for flukes yet?
