Royal Gramma in hypo look OK?

I’ve been treating my fish in hypo SG 1.009-1.01 for about a week for ich.

Overall this royal gramma looks better. It lost the spots, stopped scratching and has been feeding and swimming well.

it has these slightly discolored patches on sides? Is this part of recovery or is there something else I should be treating?
