Royal Gramma sick

A little background he was attacked by a large green emerald crab about a year ago, so it has been healing slowly since then. It usually hides in the rocks most the day. The last couple of days he has been outside the rocks and breathing hard. Looks like it has something in its mouth. Have three tangs and two clowns in a reefer XXL750.

Does it look like an isopod?

It kinda looks like a shredded piece of shrimp hanging down. I do not feed them any shrimp though. Can't really make out what would be an isopod, but it could be I guess?
