Royal Gramma skin condition

I noticed this on my royal Gramma the other day, he doesn't seem to be bothered by it, he always eats and behaves normally but I just want to make sure is nothing bad thank you

Looks like your Gramma has a bacterial infection. Probably from scraping on the rocks. Often the fish's immune system can deal with the infection. But sometimes not. Treating infections in a QT with Sulfaplex + Neoplex works pretty good.
