Royal gramma white patch

1 of my gramma is covered in white patches. It's been like that for more than 6 mths. It doesn't look sick. Eating healthy.anyone got any idea what this is?

Pellet. N occasionally shrimp. Got 2 gramma in that tank. 1 looks fine.

Do they chase each other? Guessing malnutrition might be at play, pellets aren't a staple of a diet in most cases, soaking frozen food options such as spirulina brine, CA or PE mysis, emerald entre, and many others in Selcon, Vita Chem, and/or Zoe would help.
