I don't have a good picture bite it's a small white tube. Do I need to quarantine or will he be ok on his own? Thanks for any help!

White strings are typically a sign of internal parasites. As such I would dose prazi pro or another type of praziquantel. Let's see what the other two disease experts say, they're more knowledgeable than I

You can feed him Metroplex with Seachem's Focus to get rid of intestinal worms.
