Getting a little panicked about my Royal Gramma. For the past 2 days he has been more reclusive than usual. Today he reappeared but has been lying in crevices and in between corals with infrequent swims. He definitely has an unusual appearance to his scales and a whitish discoloration, though these are not discrete spots. Im worried this is ich.
I had done a partial water change routinely yesterday and immediately did another tonight. Plaaning on going to LFS tomorrow for advice. Though I would get input here while Im stressing.

Nitrites 0
Ammonia 0
Nitrates 10 ppm
Any help would be appreciated!
