Royal gramma with ick?

Ok so I bought a gramma from Petco , and he's had small dots that went away and now his ick is in bloom. I had a little filter problem I fixed, and all my water levels are good , what's the best advice. I have corals and am concerned with some methods I've heard... Like raising temp and removing carbon and ick attack. I dose my brine with garlic and that is there main diet. Sometime they get live ? What s your best advice guys I'm in a jam , please help!!

Take him back to Petco, wish him luck and go buy a fish from an LFS thats reputable or even LiveAquaria.

I have no constructive advice otherwise.

Any advice to getting him out without having to destroy tank ?

Can do a fresh water dip on the fish and go on ebay and buy Kich ich...reef safe...works well to treat your tank

Build a fish trap. Looks crazy but it does work. Had a problem blue damsel in my tank a he fell for within an hr. check out utube for DIY plans. Just a thought and good luck

So yesterday I cleaned tank took care of filter fed my fish brine with garlic and put a little garlic in the tank this morning the gramma looks great no spots. Can ick just disappear on a fish ??
