Royal Gramma's keep dying

My Royal Gramma's keep dying I have had like 4 I know that sounds bad. I got a new one like 6 days ago and now I think he's dying. My water chemistry is perfect the only thing I have in there is a yellow wrasse a clown fish a watchmen and a blenny.

I do have a Red Sea max 250 so I do have to fiddle with the tank nearly every day so that might be it

Really wow. The fish all come from different fish stores they all look really healthy at the store I acclimate them for about 30 minutes and then put them in my tank they look fine for a day or two and then they just slowly die. It's very sad I don't think I will get anymore Royals I might try Dottie backs.

maybe try doing a RO dip just before putting them into the main tank in case they have a parasite on them if not quarantining them.

Royal grammar are pretty hardy. How long has the tank been up? I find it doubtful it's a fish problem 4x. There's a problem with your tank or your husbandry.

Can you describe your setup and also tell what other fish you have and how long you had those and if they're doing well?

Be careful with the dotty backs. My bicolor dotty back killed 7 fish before I could get it out!

I know you say your chemistry is perfect but what is considered perfect?
What salinity did they come from?
What temp did they come from?
I acclimate for up to 2 hours depending on the current chemistry of the water they came in.

Wow 2 hours if I get anything else I'll try that. But the bio color he's doing fine eat like a pig got him the same day and acclimated him the same way

Do you have pictures of the dead fish? Or pictures of the "dying" fish. As stated they are hardy so there is something wrong with your system. You should qt the fish and see if it lives.
