The good thing about working 10 min. from one of the best shops on Long Island is being able to go there during lunch when I need something. Needed a Magnesium kit and they didn't have the Salifert like I always buy. Wound up getting something I've never heard of, Royal Nature it was they only Mag kit they had. Cheaper than Salifert so that was a plus.
Looked over the instructions at work and the difference I see is after the chemicals are added I add the aquarium water little by little to get the color change. Anyone used these kits before, are they accurate?

I never heard of these until now and must admit curiosity got the best of me so I had to look for more info and reviews. Couldn't find to much info on these. Now Im curious to see what others say.

Tested last night and ordered the Salifert right after so that tells you what I think of this kit. Don't like that they give you a hypodermic needle to add the aquarium water which brings me to the biggest problem with this. Trying to add drop by drop doesn't go smoothly, it sticks sometimes causing you to add more than you want. Because of this I went past the color change numerous times without getting the correct reading. The only good thing is when I did it right the color change is drastic and there is no guessing about the color.
